Fitting Your Weight Loss Regime Into Your Day.
By Rory Mac
You say you don’t have enough time to do physical exercise in the week. Your life is just too busy! Well is that really the case? Let’s break it down a bit and just see if we can fit in a little bit more exercise every day. Read on and we will hopefully dispel some myths.
When trying to lose weight we all know that physical activity is the number one way to shed the pounds. But many of us use the excuse of not having enough time to do physical exercise. In our busy lives it certainly can feel like we have no extra time for anything else.
But wait a minute, let’s analyse this for a moment.
We are all limited to 24 hours in a day and we can safely assume we are either sleeping or resting for a good nine hours. So we had 15 hours left to get everything done that we need to do. That’s 15 hours where we could potentially be moving our bodies a bit more than usual.
Now multiply that by seven days in the week and we have a figure of 105 hours every week where we might be able to fit in some kind of exercise. Even if you are visiting the gym three times a week for an hour’s session that still leaves us with 102 hours where we might not be active enough.
When you look at it like this you can see that we are expecting a lot of our body when in reality we are only really doing any meaningful exercise for three hours a week. You can see where I’m going with this.
You need to up the ante. A fascinating study recently published actually found that people who don’t go to the gym but who were naturally active in their daily lives (walking plenty and doing manual tasks themselves instead of hiring others) were more healthy and fit them people who attended the gym three times a week spent the rest of their lives enjoying their convenient lifestyle.
With this in mind you should start trying to incorporate physical activity in as much of your daily life as possible. Cycle to work if you can. Try to get a walk-in every day. Even tasks like vacuuming the house burn off plenty of calories so why not reduce the hours you employ your cleaner and do some of it yourself?
There are many ways to increase physical activity every day. You are really only limited by your imagination.

This is real information “from the trenches” so to speak. You can also read about the Eco Birth Pool in a Box on the site. Excellent information.
